LeaseTech.co.uk is committed to protecting your company's privacy. This policy explains how we collect, maintain and use any customer information and how we protect your company's privacy. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that LeaseTech.co.uk does not control and any Supplier nominated by you and who have their own privacy policies.

Information Collection and Use

When you register with LeaseTech.co.uk, we will be ask to confirm your company's details and your name, position, email address and password, in order to set up your company account. When submitting a lease, we ask you to submit information including your supplier's name, contact name, contact number, equipment description and equipment cost in order to proceed with processing your application.

LeaseTech.co.uk uses this information:

• to prepare and present a lease proposal with your information and nominated Suppliers to our chosen Finance Partner(s);
• the Finance Partner(s) in particular, may use the financial information you supply to perform credit checks prior to approval of your proposal for finance;
• provide you with further information about the various products and services which you request;
• to share your information with Suppliers from whom you have requested products or services for the purpose of fulfilling your request.
• to prepare and share aggregated demographic information with our finance partners, Suppliers and various third parties. This is not linked to any company information that can identify any individual company.

We will not use your companies’ identifiable information for direct marketing without your consent.

Security

We take every precaution to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the web site, your information is protected both online and off-line.

When our registration form asks you to enter sensitive information, that information is encrypted and protected with BT Trustwise SSL software. Every secure page on our Web site http://www.LeaseTech.co.uk has been secured with a digital certificate by Verisign. This is shown via the "site certificate" that is resident on all secure pages. To view this certificate, click on the image of the closed lock or the solid key on the bottom bar of your browser window. A small frame displaying site security information will appear. Click on the word 'Subject' to verify that you are on Web site www.LeaseTech.co.uk. Click on 'Issuer' to verify the site certification authority.

We use encryption technology to ensure the safe transmission of your information on all our secure Web sites. Your browser provides security by allowing us to use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption up to 128-bit key length encryption when transmitting your information.

A password system has been established to ensure that only you can access your personal information. We recommend that you use 4-6 characters, and that you use a random combination of letters, numbers, and cases to provide added protection for your personal information.

Each time a user enters the site they will be required to authenticate their identity by entering the email address and password they supplied when registering. Upon successful login, users are issued a unique "session id" (this does not include any personally identifiable information) which allows you to remain active for 60 minutes, after which any further actions require the user to re-enter their email address and password.
